What's the catch?

Terms and Conditions

You must currently have at least 150 properties under management to be considered.
You must commit to using our Full Service Leasing solution for a minimum of six months, and commit to leasing at least 80% of your portfolio through our platform.
Your companies operates in one or more of the markets we serve.
If you decide to cancel service before the 6 month period, you'll need to pay back the funds.
Funds will be wired upon completion of acceptance to the program and the first property has been submitted on an onboarding call with a Sunroom leasing expert.
